Select your machine, then click the Settings button and refer to the below recommended configuration to make sure your settings match. Android-x86 version 6.0-r3, both 32-bit and 64-bit. Tested on VirtualBox 64-bit for Windows, version 5.2.0. It still needs to be initially installed at this point. Your virtual machine has now been created. Click through the rest of the options for creating your Hard disk. The recommended starting size of 8GB is enough.

If you are using Android-x86 for debugging purposes, some binaries (gdb for example) are built for 32-bit architectures and will not support debugging 64-bit binaries such as the Android app host. As you can see, the USB flash drive is available and can be used for access, sharing, or moving the data.Download an ISO of Android-x86 from here. Verify if USB flash disk is available as the storage device.Open File Explorer (Hold Windows Logo and press E).Login in the guest operating system, in other words, login in the virtual machine.Once you select the USB Flash drive it will be shown in the USB list.In our case it is JetFlash Mass Storage Device (1100) If you hover over the button, you will see Adds new USB filter with all fields set to the values of the selected USB device attached o the host PC. On the right side click on the button.Right-click on the selected virtual machine and then click Settings.Select the virtual machine in the virtual machine list and Start it by clicking on the Start button or do the following procedure – Right click on the virtual machine – Start and then click Normal Start.If everything was fine, you will see a confirmation window that says The extension pack Oracle VM VirtualBox Extension pack was installed successfully.It is required to use an account with Administrator permissions. Click Yes to confirm the installation of the extension package.

Read the VirtualBox license agreement and then click on I Agree.

Click on the installation file and click on Install.The Extension pack supports for USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 devices, VirtualBox RDP, disk encryption, NVMe, and PXE boot for Intel cards. Please review the description and proceed if you have obtained the extension pack from a trusted source.

Extension packs complement the functionality of VirtualBox and can contain system-level software that could potentially harmful to your system. Please be aware that the version of the extension package must be compatible with the version of the Oracle VM VirtualBox. That will download a file named Oracle_VM_VirtualBox_Extension_Pack-6.1.4, which is around 10 MB.
